If for any reason the item you have received is faulty, damaged or you were sent the wrong item, send it back to us within 14 days of placing your order for a full refund (including shipping costs).

If you have changed your mind, or you want to return a gift please contact us. 

You can exchange the item but to do so we will have to refund the item and then you can purchase something else via a separate transaction. 

• You will need to return your unused, unopened and still in the original packaging item to us within 14 days from your order date. 
• Your refund will be processed upon receipt. 
• The return shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty) and we will not be held responsible for missing items during their return. It is advised to return them 'tracked'. 
• Refunds will need to be sent to the original payment method.

Packaging: If your order is fragile, I might have used bubble wrap or air filled plastic packaging. Please note; this is REUSED packaging that I've received from deliveries. The rest of the packaging we use is recycled card stock and paper tape. We do not buy plastic packaging.

Our delivery charges to UK mainland contributes to the services of Royal Mail, UPS and the cost of the packaging used.

Please note: Once it is in the hands of Royal Mail we cannot be responsible for any delays. During the pandemic they have been overwhelmed and a handful of parcels are taking longer than expected.  If the item hasn't arrived in 4 weeks, we will issue you a refund.
